DK Development was created in 2015 with the main goal to develope some games together with friends. With the recent project, DK Development grew fast. 6 new members in a week, still with the same goal: Create games, put imagination in Code.We aren't a company. Neither are we professionals. We are strangers, met over the Internet.
With the idea behind DK Development, we are currently creating a Game called "Adventures of a Block". AoaB is a Block-Based, low Poly, Puzzle Adventure Game. You maybe saw it in the Background of this website. The game is fairly easy: You have to move your Block into the Goal. Did I just say easy? Well, no. The Game can be fairly hard. It features Traps, Buttons, Doors, Water, Engines, Teleporter, and more.
You can follow the progress in our Dev Blog.
Overview Hey ho, folks! It’s definitely been a while since our lats update, but we made some good progress. The last two weeks consisted of constant restructuring and redesigning. We’ve revamped our team, we’ve come up with a new organizational system, and we’ve worked on creating a new frame for our future work. First of[…]
Heya folks! It’s been a while since our last update, but how we have gotten stuff done! New levels have been made, new people have joined, and new features have been added. What a blast! We probably created the most exciting thing so far: a level editor! We like to call it “Engine-ception”. Unfortunately, we have to say goodbye to Luk Grätz. He will no longer be with us in this experience. Please, wish him good “Luk”. However, say hello to Raimundas Pavilonis, our newest level creator! But[…]
“What do I show to you?”, that’s the first question that comes up to my mind. Since our last Dev-Blog I have to say: Not that much. As example: I did a lot of work on our Servers because our Game will get a Level Creator with the ability to share level with all people[…]
What an amazing week. We created our individual style, Luc created some sounds and took a first look into the music, we got a new level creator, some new blocks were created, and we did some massive server work. This isn’t a point here, but hey! It was massive and a lot of work 😉[…]

We all are very happy how the design came out. Our newest addition to the team, level designer Matt Cooper created this.
